New Homes

We complete everything you need electrically from beginning to end!

  1. Complete the main service to your home (Meter & Panel)
  2. Once the framing is complete, we meet onsite with the home owner and builder to walk through the entire house room by room. We want to hear from the home owner about what changes they may want to make for it to be functional and efficient.  No plan can capture the look and feel of the final product. Being onsite together, and discussing the locations of switches, outlets, recessed lighting, etc allows time to discuss ways to make it personal for each customer’s needs and wants. 
  3. Complete rough-in (running wires throughout the home).
  4. Finally, once the drywall is up, walls are painted, cabinets are in and flooring is done we complete installing all the outlets, light fixtures, and turn on the power!

Renovations

We do all types of renovations from small jobs like a bathroom to the entire home. Let us do the work!

A. We pull the permit for your property which is legally binding and will make things a lot easier for you when you go to sell your home.

  1. We remove the old existing wiring and add in the new wiring to meet today’s’ current code.
  2. Finally, we complete the outlets and light fixtures.  

Panel Upgrades

Do you need more power to your home?  Often older homes are lacking ample amperage and/or panel space for new additions you want to add to your home.  Sometimes a panel is simply too old to be updated and needs to be replaced.  In these situations, we pull a new permit, set an appointment with Enmax to disconnect the power to your home and change/update the panel.  Once this is complete, Enmax returns to your home to turn your power back on.  Overall, this process takes about 2-3 days, however, the power to your home will only be off for a few hours.

Hot Tubs & A/C Wiring

We take a look at the job you want done and give you a quote to complete the set up of your new hot tub or air conditioning unit.  We take responsibility for getting the permit, doing the job, and setting up a date that works for you to have the inspector come and do the final inspection.
